I ran TWO miles today!
I ran the first mile and realized that I still felt good and I had a little time before my yoga class, so I figured I'd run 4 more laps (1/2 mile).  
When I got to the end of the 1/2 mile, I still felt good, so I sacrificed the first couple of minutes of yoga to finish off the second mile.

Can you believe it?
Me either!
